1. Where will my product ship from?
USA.

2. How long will it take for my product to get here?
Usually 3-7 days with USPS priority mail.
For bulk order (100g+, kg, multi kgs) we offer next day express shipping.

3. Will there be tracking number?
Yes.

4. Do you accept COD payment?
Only for bulk order (100g+, kgs, 10kg, 50kg+).

5. Why can't I use visa card for alertpay?
The visa payment function is currently down, please see our news section for more info. You can still pay by American Express (including pre-paid American Express card) and bank transfer to your alertpay account.
